My favorite part of putting events together is finishing the vision with what I love to do with flowers.
This was a 50th wedding anniversary and it was so cute to watch this couple cut a wedding cake together for the first time. They got married 50 years ago in their parents living room and never got those traditional wedding moments so they lived them last night.
Truly special to watch and be apart of such a wonderful family that came together to give their parents the best anniversary party. They have 10 children and over 50 grandchildren.
So many reasons to celebrate 50 years.
Celebrate the great things in life.

Let’s talk bouquets! Love an all white bouquet! It took a team of us to do this bouquet. Orchids are so delicate and when you paid what we did for these! They are gold!! They are so delicate and their stems snap so easy trying to get them to lay right. It can be so nerve racking . I never put bouquets together with orchids until the last minute. And It took three of us equally to get this one right. And if I am being honest it took both and to keep me from throwing it and starting over. I love the girls I get to do flowers with! It makes it so fun because they are both so talented, and we get to feed off each other’s talents when doing fun projects.

We took this ceremony backdrop that was 9ft high 9ft wide and utilized it by taking out the top tier and moving it inside for her cake back drop.

This wedding is so fitting for this weekend because of the vibrant colors, and it makes me think of what spring should be, since we fell back to winter this week.
