Krystal Rose Weddings

Wanted to post some pics of the wedding I did day before our vacation. This wedding was for the owner of Players Pub in Menomonee Falls and his beautiful bride. Burton and Lindsay were the perfect couple to work with. I personally made every centerpiece and the floral arrangements with the mirror. We even cleaned up and transferred everything to our office for the couple to pick up. It was a beautiful wedding for an amazing couple. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Can we take a second to admire how beautiful the floral pieces are that the florist did!!!! Phil Norby did an amazing job singing and DJing from ceremony, cocktail hour to reception. I highly recommend him for every wedding and event. Mark Malec Photography did an amazing job with photos and was the best photographer/couple to work with.

Why tracking = faster results!
If you're not tracking your food, you're guessing.
And guessing feels like:
"I'm eating healthy"
"I don't eat that much"
"I swear I'm doing everything right"

But science says otherwise.
Studies show most people under-report- intake by 20-50% without realizing it.

Which means you could be accidentally overeating...
or under-eating....
and never know why you're stuck.
Tracking isn't about restriction.
It is about clarity.
Because once you see:
Protein
Calories
Habits

You can actually adjust.
And result finally move.
Not because you stopped flying blind.
Tracking takes like 30 seconds.
No spreadsheets, no math, no obsession.
Just awareness.
And awareness changes everything.
