Truthfully, Oxbow Ridge started because of one of our daughters…
When she got engaged, we started looking around for wedding venues in central Minnesota and quickly realized it was hard to find exactly what she was looking for, especially in this area.
As the search continued, our daughter began jokingly saying, “Dad, why don’t you just build something so I can get married here at the river?” Ha! Well, somewhere along the line things got serious, and we thought…why not? What if we just did build it ourselves? Before long, what started out as playful banter turned into Oxbow Ridge.
Serving people and creating has always been a part of who we are. We genuinely love bringing people together, creating spaces that feel welcoming, and helping make important moments feel special.
We’re excited to finally share this with all of you! Welcome to Oxbow Ridge Wedding & Event Retreat.
