The Mena Regional Health System Auxiliary hosted the Spring Valley District Meeting on April 9th, which was well-attended. The poppy theme was beautifully reflected in the decorations, programs, and table settings. Entertainment was provided by Stephanie Tapley and the Voice of the Ouachita, and we enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Jason Goodner and his team. We would also like to thank Christ Community Fellowship Church for allowing us to use their excellent facility. We had a wonderful time connecting with other auxiliaries and learning about their efforts to support their hospitals.

The Mena Regional Auxiliary awarded four $1,000 scholarships to students who are pursuing a career in the field of medicine. Recipients for the Spring semester are Caroline Cannon - LPN program, Megan Archer - LPN program, Amber Anderson -LPN program and Jennifer Philpot - BSN program. Congratulations to the recipients and we wish you the best as you continue pursuing your goals.
