Meet Mr. Ernest Morris III!

Ernest Morris III is a native of Memphis, TN. Before he became a husband, father, author, speaker, mentor, coach, urban youth advocate, and former educator, he was just like many others who grew up having to face different adversities.

At the age of nineteen, he was at the lowest point in his life. Mr. Morris’s desire and belief in the possibility of becoming a better person led to him seeking after God. Shortly after his twentieth birthday, he had an encounter with God that became all the proof he needed to pursue a better life through Christ. Who knew that a simple desire to be better and outlive personal traumas would be the very thing that allows him to help others triumph in life?

Mr. Morris is a proud HBCU graduate. He gained his Bachelor of Art in English at Rust College. Mr. Morris also holds a Master of Art in Urban Leadership from The University of Las Vegas Nevada. Mr. Morris is the owner and lead facilitator of Elite Engagement Solutions where he works with educators and other youth services providers on building better relationships and engaging cultures with the youth and young adults they serve. Mr. Morris is also a developer of multiple youth development curriculums that serve multiple secondary and post-secondary schools and collegiate institutions. Mr. Morris has spent more than the last decade of his life dedicating himself to God, personal growth, defying odds, and being purpose driven. He is passionate about invoking change and having a positive impact on the lives of others. His goal is to build a legacy of inspiring and assisting others to break free from the barriers controllable and uncontrollable circumstances have created. He works to accomplish this goal by demonstrating, motivating, and providing tools for others to strive toward excellence in their academic, personal, and professional lives.

Mr. Morris’s greatest joys in life are the great works God has done in his life, his beautiful wife and children, and being able to assist in the empowerment of others, especially the youth.

Meet Mr. Jordan Oliver!

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, I am a graduate of Central High School and an alumnus of Middle Tennessee State University, where I earned my degree in Communications. Over the years, I have amassed a diverse professional background, serving as a probation officer, a logistics supervisor, and a rental car branch manager. Each role honed my leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, ultimately fueling my passion for entrepreneurship, coaching/consulting, and motivational speaking. My primary focus is to promote financial literacy, empower individuals to strive for their fullest potential, and foster growth within personal and professional settings.

Deeply committed to the progress of Memphis, I am actively involved in several organizations, including the Power Up online business community, Business Networking International (where I served as the Downtown Memphis chapter president), the Downtown Neighborhood Association, the South Main Association, and A Better Whitehaven. These affiliations not only highlight my dedication to uplifting the local economy, but also reinforce my vision of creating an environment where individuals are encouraged and equipped to succeed. Meet Mr. Terrence Green Jr. known affectionately as TJ!

A dynamic entrepreneur and animator, celebrated for his ability to transform complex messages into engaging animated videos. His work, centered around the three pillars of Explaining, Educating, and Entertaining, has garnered him acclaim across various sectors. Starting his creative journey in high school with an animated video that was pivotal for his graduation, TJ has continually expanded his horizons.

After founding his animation business during his time at Mississippi State University, TJ now dedicates himself full-time to not only creating animations but also empowering others through education. He teaches children and professionals alike the art of animation and guides business owners in leveraging digital marketing to boost their revenues.
