Happy Monday, everyone! We hope you had a great weekend. This Wednesday's special is apricot glazed pork tenderloin served with a squash and zucchini casserole. The dessert is Keylime pie trifle . Fresh items this week are pimento cheese and bacon, quiche, pimento cheese, chicken salad, and a Mediterranean pasta salad.
