She is the Founder and Creative Director of House of Barboza and the Founder of Behind The Veil Academy, where she has trained more than 10,000 wedding and event professionals worldwide.

Her destination work spans Jamaica, St. Thomas, St. Croix, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Known for blending strong creative vision with clear systems and practical strategy, Atosha equips event professionals to raise their standards and build profitable, sustainable businesses.
