Pretty weddings are wonderful.

But this isn’t really a story about flowers, chargers, or table linens.

Six days before this wedding, a major vendor issue threatened the reception plans.

Instead of adding stress to an already busy wedding week, we went into problem-solving mode—contacting trusted partners, securing staffing, revising logistics, and making sure every detail was covered.

The result?

A beautiful wedding day where the couple could focus on getting married instead of managing a crisis.

Dolly Parton once said "we cannot direct the wind, but we can adjust the sails." And that sums up what it's like to coordinate a wedding. Sometimes the weather shifts, and you must pivot. Wardrobe malfunctions happen...we sew ya up and keep on going! And the amount of Macguyvering we do with black markers and zip ties would surprise you!! Alas, we do it well. Experience counts. Proud of our Pineapple team- can't wait to see what 2026 brings!!!
