1 Follow the Twitch Channels
Follow Twitch.tv/PokemonGO, Twitch.tv/Pokemon, and Twitch.tv/PokemonXP so you'll get a notification when the broadcasts begin.
2 Connect Your Accounts
Connect your Pokémon Trainer Club account to Twitch by following steps 1–3 on rewards.pokemon.com.
3 Watch the Live Stream
Tune in for the required watch time for each reward below. Official Pokémon GO coverage airs on August 28 and 29 on Twitch.tv/PokemonGO, with Day 3 coverage on Twitch.tv/Pokemon. (Minimizing the stream may pause the Twitch Drop progress timer on Twitch.)
4 Claim Your Twitch Drop
Once you've hit a watching threshold, a pop-up in Twitch chat will prompt you to claim your Twitch Drop. You may also claim your drop by visiting your Twitch Drops Inventory.
5 Find Your Code
After you select Claim, go to rewards.pokemon.com and select View Inventory. Find the drop and select Show Code.*
6 Redeem Your Code
Copy the revealed code to your clipboard. Open the Offer Redemption page to redeem your code. Having trouble? Please refer to this article to learn more about redeeming codes.
* Pokémon GO livestream, co-stream, and PokémonXP rewards expire Friday, September 11, 2026, at 20:00 UTC. Trainers can only claim each Timed Research code once.
