Where were you when you heard the news?
Remembering those that lost their lives 25 years ago today. 💔I still remember exactly where I was. It is etched in my brain forever. I had a daycare in my home, and all the children were just arriving that morning. Normally I just had Sesame Street or something on the TV as the kids were being dropped off, and I was fixing breakfast. One dad ran in quickly with his daughter, he had heard on the radio that a plane hit the twin towers. He switched Sesame Street for the news and together we watched the second plane hit the second tower. Time just stopped, it stood completely still. We literally thought the first plane was just horrible accident. Then the second plane hit and we knew this was no accident. This sign is in remembrance of all the innocent people who lost their lives, and in remembrance of the firefighters and police officers who gave everything they had to try to save lives. 😞😭 #9/11
