Psssst… 2027 couples, a quick secret from the inside:
When you’re touring wedding venues right now, don’t just look at the pretty walls or ask about the starting rental fee. Ask these three questions before you sign anything:
1. What do you require / charge outside of the initial venue fee? We include everything outside of the small cleaning fee & day-of insurance!
2. How many hours of setup time do we actually get? We give a full 14 hour venue rental in our price!
3. Are there any mandatory vendor lists or hidden service fees?
Transparency is everything. We include:
- We have an open vendor policy but do have a curated vendor list if you need help in your search
- Tables & Chairs included (60in rounds, cross back chairs, farmhouse tables for head table, wh***ey barrel tables, catering tables, etc because your wedding planning should be exciting & stress free!
- 2 separate getting ready suites on site included
- Parking attendant on site for day of your event
- Optional decor package to rent on site (with linens included)
