Blackout poetry is the art of taking an existing passage of text and marking out lines while leaving select words and phrases to transform the meaning of the text. Redact to create! You’ll be able to do as many as you want!

Announcing our PRIDE PARTY! Join us 6/27 from 6-9 pm and celebrate pride month!

will be performing, plus hosting our costume contests! There will be THREE categories:

• OUT AND PROUD: Adorn yourselves in rainbows and pride flags!
• GAY ICON: Dress up as an icon—Miss Piggy, Gaga, Sue Sylvester… The possibilities are endless!
• FIRST TIME IN DRAG: Looking for a sign to try drag for the first time? This is it!

We’ll have snacks, music, Connor will probably be doing tarot in the corner… It’ll be a great time!
