Maintenance

Maintain and up keep of building and property.
Continually inspect and perform minor repairs of property.
Maintain Property appearance of Banquet Hall and Property for Events.

-Light duty landscaping
-General repair duties
-Able to lift/move tables and chairs
-Perform weekly inspections of building and grounds
-Communicate efficiently to Owner
-Respond to emergencies if needed
-Team player
- Assist Banquet Manager with room set up for events

15-25 hours a week depending on season and projects.

Great part-time position!
5 days a week.
Mondays, Fridays and Saturday Mornings required when an event is scheduled.
