A little late getting this posted, but we’ve finally had a chance to catch our breath after an **INCREDIBLE week at the Medina County Fair!**

We truly couldn’t have pulled it off without so many amazing people behind us.

First and foremost, **our incredible staff**. They worked their butts off all week through the long days, the heat, the rushes, and the moments when we wondered if we were ever going to catch up. We’re incredibly lucky to have you guys!

A HUGE thank you to Keller Meats for bailing us out not once, not twice, but **THREE times** when we were running dangerously low on meat. You guys came through when we needed it most!

Thank you to the Medina County Swine Committee for trusting us once again to provide a meal for the kids. It means a lot to us to be a small part of something that supports these young people.

And most importantly, **THANK YOU TO THE KIDS.** They pour their hearts and souls into their projects all year long. The dedication, hard work, and pride they put into those animals is incredible. Without them, there simply wouldn’t be a Medina County Fair like this.

And finally, to **every single fairgoer who stopped by Swine BBQ** — THANK YOU! Whether you bought a meal, came back for seconds, told a friend, or simply stopped to say hello, you helped make the week absolutely incredible. You guys **cleaned us out!**

We’re tired, a little behind on everything, and extremely grateful.
But we’re not slowing down yet!

**We’re currently at the Mercer County Fair through Wednesday!**

Then we’ll take a few days to regroup before heading to the **Lorain County Fair the following Monday.**

The summer festival season is in full swing, and we’re loving every minute of it!
