🎄 IMPORTANT WEEKEND WITH THE GRINCH PARKING INFORMATION 🎄

A HUGE shout-out and thank-you to Medina Country Club for generously allowing us to use their parking lot for our annual Weekend with the Grinch event!

All event parking will be at Medina Country Club. There will be ZERO street parking anywhere inside our development, and absolutely no parking in our neighbors’ driveways.

The Country Club is only about a four-minute walk—roughly the distance of 11 houses—from the display. We are working closely with local authorities on this parking and traffic plan. Local Medina police will be directing traffic and helping guests safely cross the street.

You may drive through the development to see the lights or briefly drop off members of your group, but traffic must remain in continuous motion. Vehicles may not stop, wait or park along any street.

Please understand that these rules are not optional. If guests choose to park on the streets, use a neighbor’s driveway or disrupt the flow of traffic, we will be forced to stop the event and ask everyone to leave. We do not want the actions of a few people to jeopardize this special event for everyone.

We truly appreciate Medina Country Club, our local authorities and our police officers for helping us provide a safe and organized experience for our guests and neighbors while supporting a local family in need! 💚

🚨 IMPORTANT WEEKEND WITH THE GRINCH UPDATE! 🚨

There are a lot of moving parts happening behind the scenes this year to make our annual Weekend with the Grinch and Christmas display possible.

This event and display have grown tremendously since we started, allowing us to raise money for an incredible cause. However, that growth has also created challenges involving parking, traffic flow, crowd management, and visitors respecting our neighbors’ property.

This year, we have identified several things that must happen to meet the requirements of our local authorities, police and fire departments, and HOA.

In order to hold this year’s Weekend with the Grinch, we need your help!

We will need a minimum of 12–16 volunteers each night to assist with:

High schoolers welcome!

• Traffic and parking
• Crowd management
• Event activities
• General event support

Unfortunately, if we cannot secure enough volunteers for each night, we will not be able to hold our annual Weekend with the Grinch.

If you and your family have enjoyed our display over the years, we would greatly appreciate your help in keeping this special tradition going!

More information about volunteer dates, times, and sign-ups will be coming soon.

Thank you,
Justin Licursi

We are looking for an old newspaper stand. Does any one have any leads. Having a hard time locating one in decent shape.
