There’s been a lot of the loss in the Boston music scene in the past week, including in the Medford Brewing and Wednesday Wax community. Without trying to come off as commercial about it, just remember that the whole reason we started this was to hang out with people over music, and that’s how we know so many of one other.

If it helps you to hang out with friends over music like it does us, we’ll be down at the brewery tomorrow also needing to have friends around. Hope to see you there.

Just a quick word of huge gratitude for everyone who came out last night and made yet another fantastic WEDNESDAY WAX! It never ceases to amaze me the community you guys have made around this simple little concept of sharing records over beers. And when a DANCE PARTY breaks out, well, I know we’ve got something special.

Thanks from the bottom of my heart. See you July 15th at Medford Brewing Company for the next installment of WEDNESDAY WAX!

NEX WAX: JUNE 17th!

It sounds like a cliché, but the best part of WEDNESDAY WAX truly is the friends we made along the way. People who didn’t know each other before this now get together and hang out for hours the third Wednesday of every month at Medford Brewing Company. It’s humbling and amazing to see!

The second best part, of course, is the amazing array of records people bring. New and old, well-known and obscure. You’re bound to hear something you love, and something you’ve never heard.

Grab your stack of vinyl and come down on June 17th. We’ve got a brand new PA, a much-improved turntable, a dozen tasty beers and one seltzer, and Medford’s only do-it-yourself vinyl playing party. We can’t wait to see you.

WAX ON!

Tonight at Medford Brewing Company! Find out why WEDNESDAY WAX was nominated for a Boston Music Award for Music Night of the Year! Records or not, it’s a fantastic way to make friends over good music!
