As promised, here is a photo of the completed custom bookcase at the Children's Museum at Saratoga. It is located in the train themed lobby, and mirrors that in the header which is designed after structural arches in historic train stations, but with a playful rainbow twist!

All aboard! Installation is complete!
The Children's Museum at Saratoga's lobby has been transformed into a train! The engine graphic includes a conductor interactive for visitors to play and learn. Next comes the passenger car. Then the dining car, complete with dining tables, booths and busy board interactives. Finally, the caboose, with a projection screen to be used for special information, and also to play a video of the train tracks receding into the distance.

The bookcases are complete, aside from the header and installation.

What makes these bookcases special is that they are built to wrap existing columns, integrating them into the design, but also, the bookcases move!
The "wings" on the ends are on gliders to that they can be positioned flat against the wall, or be folded in 90 degrees and locked into place, creating a reading nook.
