I have retired from nursing, but continue to serve people with floral creations in both the happiest and darkest times of their lives. I gained experience working in a retail flower shop before launching my own floral studio. The common thread between nursing and floristry? Bringing joy and comfort to others. Whether caring for patients or crafting arrangements, I’ve always found purpose in making someone’s day brighter. One of the most meaningful aspects of my nursing career was providing end-of-life care. It was a profound honor to be present with patients and their families during such sacred moments. Now, I consider it just as meaningful to create sympathy arrangements that help families express love, grief, and remembrance. I hold a Floral Design Certificate from Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and have received specialized training in wedding work, including wearable florals, foam-free mechanics, and large-scale installations.
