Terramuse Terramuse is a retreat and event center dedicated to adult enrichment and educational programs. We are available for corporate, family and retreat experiences.

We welcome all programs dedicated to support, uplift and preserve humanity and the earth. Welcome to Terramuse center. This beautiful new building is nestled into the rolling hills and woodland in Jones County, Iowa on 46 acres. Terramuse is a non-profit organization dedicated to education in conjunction with an honoring of the Earth and all who call it home. Whether you are looking for a one day

retreat facility, or a three day weekend experience, we can accommodate your needs. The center boasts state-of-the-art equipment and rooms ranging from a large meeting space to a small intimate conversation loft. There is also: a library, art therapy classroom, meditation and body therapies room, along with individual sleeping quarters for up to 12 people. We have the ability to provide chef- inspired meals on site. Guests are encouraged to walk the land, and classes ranging from ecological exploration to Native American ceremonies will be available. Stew and Gertie making their morning rounds today! Spring is in the air today as we are hosting a writing retreat! We’ve spotted pheasant, geese, turkey, coyotes, eagles, vultures, rabbits, voles, groundhogs, squirrels and (according to the bird identification ap) 11 species of birds. Of course there are the bugs that we won’t get into detail about!
What a great weekend for the creative juices to be flowing!
