✨ Live from Granite Hill: Ken’s legendary pig roast in full swing!
Our friend Ken from Strock Enterprises, Inc. is on-site, slow-roasting a whole hog for today’s luau & pig roast—just the way he’s done it since the 1980s! We love seeing that same passion and technique he’s brought for decades. Strock Enterprises has been serving up mouth-watering, farm-raised pig roasts and local favorites since 1982, built on over 35 years of family tradition!

Big thanks to Ken and the whole Strock crew for bringing that perfect low‑and‑slow charcoal flavor—and for being part of the Granite Hill family for so long!

Huge Thank You to everyone who came to see us yesterday at Oak Grove Farms, Inc.! We even sold out of a couple items!

Please comment on your experience with us, good or bad, we want to know what went well and how we can improve but we can't do that without your help. If you had any problems or issues, we want to make it right!

Since this is a bit of a new adventure for us, we expect some hiccups along the way and will work to improve as we go.
