✨ A Beautiful Day to Remember ✨

A couple of weeks ago, we had the honor of having the sweetest wedding here at Southern Acorn Barn, and we’re so excited that the Brooks family has finally shared a few photos with us that we can now share with all of you!

📌 Important Policy Update – Effective Immediately

To help ensure that Southern Acorn Barn remains a beautiful and well-maintained venue for all of our guests, a $200 refundable security deposit will be required at the time of signing your event contract and paperwork day of.
Following your event, a walk-through will be conducted with either CharlesAnna or Shane before departing the property. If the venue is left in the condition outlined in your rental agreement, all decorations and personal items have been removed, no damage has occurred, and the event has remained within the contracted rental timeframe, your full $200 security deposit will be refunded next day after a final walkthrough is repeated in the daylight.
Should there be any damages, excessive cleaning requirements, missing items, overtime charges, or violations of the rental agreement, deductions may be made from the security deposit. In cases where damages or additional expenses exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to provide a clean, beautiful, and welcoming venue for all of our clients and their guests.
