I made these little bouquets for two different Graduation parties, they turned out so cute. I love the meaning behind the different chosen flowers too! 💐🌹🌼🌷
The term, Tussie Mussie dates back to the reign of trendsetter Queen Victoria, who was fond of caring these little floral bouquets wherever she went. Tussie Mussies also become important vehicles for floriography (the language of flowers). Flowers had different meanings. Great Care was taken to combine flower selections in a way that their meanings were accurately expressed. Not only did a certain flower have significance, but colors also expressed intent or emotions.
