VENDORS for Weekend 2 of the 2024 Pumpkin Patch - I will be emailing the booth assignments to the group shortly along with some reminders for the coming weekend. Attached are some pics to post/share on your pages. We will also be posting on our 5G Farm page as well so feel free to share that post and let everyone know you'll be out here this weekend and invite all to come out and enjoy the patch in the beautiful weather we will be having. Can anyone tell me who donated these two items for the customer giveaway? They did t have a card with them and I want to recognize everyone who donated an item and make sure the winner has contact info for future shopping. 😁

Good morning VENDORS - Just a reminder that once you unload, your car you should be parking on the very south end of the parking lot (treeline). The other rows should be for customers.

Also, smoking on property is prohibited. The ground/grass is very dry due to low amounts of rain in Aug/Sept and it is a fire hazard.

Good morning! There's a lot going on getting ready for the opening day of the 2024 Pumpkin Patch!! We have had a few late adds to our vendor list for this coming weekend so we are updating maps and hope to send them out later today!

Vendors --

We are just over 2 weeks from the start of the Pumpkin Patch!!!!!

We are extremely excited to get the gates open and welcome everyone. We are super busy getting everything ready to go, so if we aren't quite as fast at responding to questions, just know we will get back to you pretty quick

We are getting questions about setup times. Someone will be here pretty much as early as you want to come out. You need to have your vehicle unloaded and parked in the vendor parking area no later than 30 minutes prior to gates opening

Friday 11 to 7
Saturday 9 to 7
Sunday 11 to 5

If you are scheduled for consecutive days, you are welcome to leave your tent setup with stuff secured beneath.

Let us know if you have any additional questions. There will be a comprehensive email going out with all the info and maps each week
