Lovebyrd's Weddings Advance planning and month-of wedding coordination.

We have been providing wedding planning, vendor coordination, wedding day management and officiant services that represent our clients, in the North Texas area ,for over 25 years. Our description of services:

-Unlimited # of consultations with the client via telephone/email (not applicable for FaceTime meetings).
-2 personal consultations at the ceremony and reception sites.
-Development of a d

etailed wedding timeline for the client and their contracted vendors.
-Follow up contact with all contracted vendors two weeks prior to wedding day.
-Wedding rehearsal direction (90 min maximum).
-Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors on the day of the wedding no more than 3 hours prior to the ceremony.
-Assure that the food, beverage, decor and floral arrangements, programs and place cards are to the client’s specification.
-Wedding day troubleshooting, handling last-minute details and keeping the event on schedule.
-On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site for up to 3 hours prior to the ceremony.
-On-site coordination and supervision during the ceremony and the reception until the time of exit for the bride and groom. Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, catering, alcohol, or setting up/taking down decor.

*a non-refundable deposit/retainer in the amount of $400 will be due on the day of contract signing to secure your wedding date with Lovebyrd's Weddings.
*a balance of $800 will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding day.

alyssa peña!! and diego pena had the PERFECTLY SPECTACULAR wedding celebration surrounded by ALL of their people. SO many people! A huge shoutout to all of the magnificent vendors who not only made the day happen, but so much fun for everyone involved.

Side note: MANY moons ago, I had the honor and privilege to plan Alyssa’s parents wedding ❤️
at First McKinney and Eldorado CC. So many members of this family remain a big part of my life to this day.
* Looking at the old application I noticed the organist was Susan Ballweg, wife of Dr. Ballweg who became my son’s choir director at OBU in 2014?!?
