Pizza alla Cagliaritana: This is a special pizza from the island of Sardinia, where Chef Alessio is from. The dough is baked in a pan with olive oil for a crispy outside and a soft, flavorful inside.

Suppli: A classic Roman pizzeria staple! Our homemade risotto is stuffed with mozzarella, breaded, and then fried to perfection.

Thursday and Saturday we’re going to offer you a buy one get one half off anything with burrata!

We are making Supplì this weekend! (Saturday and Sunday only until we sell out) If you’ve been to Rome you’ve most likely had Supplì at a local pizzeria!

We offer supplì all the time on our catering menu, but this weekend we’ll have them available as a 2 piece appetizer for just $7.99

Supplì are risotto balls stuffed with cheese and deep fried and they are delicious!! We make our risotto in house, we can’t wait for you to get the real italian experience!

Ciao Ragazzi! Last week we introduced Pizza alla Cagliaritana, a street food from the Island of Sardegna. It was such a hit last weekend, so we’re bringing it back this weekend! Who knows, it may become a staple on our menu!🥰 Be sure to come and try it this weekend for only 4.99!

Also Ph coffee plans to spend Sunday’s at Tutto, so you can get your coffee fix and really feel like you’re in Italia! 🇮🇹 Ph Coffee is at Tutto from 12-5 at Tutto, and this Sunday we’ll be giving out free slices of freshly baked italian apple cake with a purchase of a coffee!

This months regional Italian dish is Pasta e Ceci from the region of Basilicata. Perfectly cooked penne pasta, capturing a rich, flavorful sauce made with tender chickpeas simmered with lots of garlic. A hint of chili flake and a sprinkle of Pecorino cheese. It’s a hearty, comforting dish that’s packed with flavor. Available on Thursdays
only for the rest of July!

Our caprese panini- we have a version with our rosemary grilled chicken and without. Basil oil, fior di latte, vine ripe tomatoes all on our freshly baked focaccia bread. Our grilled chicken caprese is our new number 1 selling panino! Can’t wait for you to try it! 😋 🍅 🌿
