Purchased in 2005 by Jim and Patricia Beck, this home was originally built by an Amish farmer and his family. The conversion from an Amish to an English home was no easy task. There were no utilities, no finished carpentry, no flooring and no appliances. Modern touches have been blended with the original woodwork and the house has finally become a home for the Beck's. rther, the barns and property are now transformed into a wedding and event venue. There are several locations on the property that can accommodate an event. There is a newly renovated barn on the property along with an older barn. The new building features wood barn doors, rustic walls, his and her bathrooms, a kitchen, plus gorgeous vintage chandeliers, café string lights and a gorgeous pavilion with exceptionally tall white trusses. We also offer a large, stunning, bridal suite for our brides and their attendants to prepare themselves for their big day. We hope that you love it as much as we do.

In due time, we need some good rain!! In the meantime, we are doing some summer spruce-up after that unbearable heatwave!

Good afternoon!
What a beautiful Saturday! I look forward to cooler weather next week, but I certainly have no complaints about the last few days.

I am hoping that the hot hot weather will be something we talk about instead of what we still have coming!! Yikes!!

Our beautiful barn was originally used as a shop and storage for hay and farm supplies. Our horses roamed freely in the field and around the pond. Chickens, goats, turkeys and ducks entertained us, gave us eggs and taught our grandkids the cycle of life in nature. This property was an Amish farm/ranch when we purchased it in 2005 and is a family favorite to vacation. Our 1940’s barn remains intact in its original state.

In 2014 we made the decision to convert, and add onto, our existing barn creating a beautiful, rustic, elegant venue for weddings, parties and other celebrations. Our grounds have been groomed creating multiple ceremony sites, bold fencing was built, arches and gates were built that help create a beautiful atmosphere and stunning pictures, all the while our horses still roam the field making themselves visible to the delight of children and adults alike.

Our bridal suite was an apartment, designed for use by my family when in town, complete with its own kitchen, bath and pool table! Now, it is a stunning Bridal Suite made comfortable for our Brides, and their attendants, to prepare for their special day. The conversion from family apartment to Bridal Suite was purposefully designed to create a space that would not just be comfortable, but also BEAUTIFUL for those special photos of our Brides and their moms, family and friends. Everywhere you turn, you see gorgeousness!
