Promo flyer for Holiday Inn Crystal Lake IL on Sunday November 15 inside Elara convention center. Willow & Maple rooms. Electric by wall only. $60 approx 7x5 with 6ft table & chairs. $100 10x10 with 6ft table & chairs. $10 extra table in 10x10.
7x5 can bring in 1 small table OR 1 small rack. 10x10 can bring in table & rack as long as it fits in spot.
EDIT - Added a few hallway spots too. ONLY 6ft table & chairs, no extra table or rack. $50.
Had a few people ask about using canopy in 10x10 for hanging stuff like wreaths, tapestries, totes etc. YES in Holiday Inn & Fountain venues. Still need weights on them so people don't bump into them and knock over.
Also free goody bag to first 100 adults at Holiday Inn. Got a deal on some stuff to put in them. Also edited Roma to reflect goody bag for 50 adults.

Just an FYI for vendors looking for shows to get into. PLEASE be sure to VERIFY organizers & venues. SO MANY SCAMMERS out there!!
Contact venue directly to confirm who is doing shows there. DO NOT PAY ANYONE UNTIL YOU KNOW FOR SURE WHO ORGANIZER IS!!! Scammers will tell you there is only 1 spot left to try to get your $$. BE CAREFUL!!!
Chamber of Commerce in different areas have different contact people so verify them too!
McHenry area COC does do Veteran's park & park by Riverwalk for their art in the park. ONLY contact for them is via COC. Go to their webpage. ONLY crafters for this one.
STADES farm craft show this year is same dates as Fox Lake Vacation Village.
Stades is ONLY crafts. Go to Stades webpage to get info. They do their own vendor form which is in their site. They have a specific email in there too. Stades has their own bakery items - so your bakery items have to be something they don't offer.
Fox Lake Vacation Village is not with Dotty now - someone different is doing it. I believe Dotty retired. FLVV is crafts & direct sales.

8ft table & chairs in all spots. Electric at most spots too. Approx 9x5 is $60. 10x10 is $100. Extra table in 10x10 is $10.
Cash bar with specials. Food available for purchase.

First batch of emails went out for upcoming shows.
Sunday September 20 at Fountain Hall on Durand in Sturtevant WI.
Fall Festival theme. $60 small spot, $100 10x10. 8ft table & chairs included.
Sunday October 4 at Roma lodge on Spring St in Mount Pleasant (Racine) Wi. October fest theme. $70 8ft table & chairs included approx 10x5 spot.
Sunday November 15 at Holiday Inn Crystal Lake IL on rte 31 just south of rte 14 (NW Hwy). Thanksgiving / Holiday / Christmas them. Approx 8x5 or 10x10 with 6ft table & chairs included. $60 or $100.
Fountain Hall & Roma lodge shows are new rescheduled dates.
Promo for IL shows NW Herald & Trib event calendar & signs & fb boost. WI shows in Kenosha news & Racine journal & signs & fb boost. All promo newspaper ads online & in print boosted or enhanced.
Once I get promo flyers done & vendor agreements will post info.
