For their beautiful day, the bride wore this ethereal and modern A-line wedding gown. The dress features a V-plunge illusion sweetheart neckline on a gorgeous ✨️ shimmer beaded lace bodice with 3D floral embroidery off-the-shoulder straps. The whimsical appliques adorning the corset-style bodice gently trickle down to the lush skirt.

“Matt and I both went to Crystal Lake schools and had similar friends. We met at Three Oaks Recreation the summer we graduated. He immediately tried to impress me in his mom’s Volkswagen Passat… and promptly got us pulled over. Honestly, it was a bold strategy.

“Fast forward 13 years — 3 kids, 3 dogs, and a whole lot of life later — and we’re still choosing each other. From teenage summer nights to car seats and sports schedules, we’ve grown up side by side,” shares Michaela.
