Looking for a way to help our community??

Unfortunately we have ran into the issue of drop offs before and after operating hours during the Good will truck event. This leads to us having items that may not be approved. We thought by providing multiple days to the community this would not happen. Since it continues to happen each year, we are looking into changing our 3 day event to a Saturday in October. We will be providing a poll, please let us know what works for you, because we do this for the community. We are just trying to prevent items being dropped off during unsupervised times.

The Car Show is still on today!! Please notice that the Doctor Smith Childcare food stand will be set up in the Event Center at Backwoods from 10-2! Come see us and enjoy some fun vehicles and good food

Come join the McGregor Achievement Club for the 23rd Annual Great River Car Show and Cruise on Saturday, July 19th at Triangle Park in McGregor. Car entrant $10 entry fee. Registration is from 9am – Noon, cruise at 2:00. People of all ages are invited to enjoy oldies music, and lots of show-stopping cars and trucks. There is a food stand in the park with proceeds going toward the Dr Smith Childcare Center’s new playground, a raffle drawing with the grand prize being a full day pontoon rental. Star Power Dance Team will perform at 12:30. The public is encouraged to come & vote for your favorite entry. Trophies and raffle prizes will be awarded after the cruise. Due to lack of interest from vendors we will not be holding a vendor show on July 19th during the car show this year!! Please come out and support the Car show, halftime performance by Star Power dance team. Cruise leaves at 2 😀 Food in the park during event - sponsored by Dr Smith Childcare center.
