The Exchange Event Center The Exchange Event Center is a 3.5 acre property that has two facilities and endless possibilities.

Main Hall can seat up to 600 people or have theater seating of 1200. The Cavitt Caufield Center can seat up to 64 people or 100 for cocktail event.

🍂✨ Fall has officially arrived at The Exchange Event Center! ✨🍂

We’re so excited to welcome in this new season with a month full of gatherings, celebrations, and community events. Our halls are filling with laughter, music, and the joy that comes with being together! It’s what makes this time of year so special. 💛🎶

One event we’re especially looking forward to is the McGregor TX Lions Clubs Hay Barn Halloween Festival 🎃👻
Happening Friday, October 31st from 5–7 PM right here at The Exchange!

This family-favorite event will bring:
🍬 Free candy booths for the kids
🚗 Decked-out trunks and tables full of treats

🌟 What an incredible night here at The Exchange Event Center! 🌟

The Youth Connection Waco once again outdid themselves with their annual Down on the Bayou fundraiser! 🐊✨ Our venue was filled with the mouthwatering aroma of Cajun flavors, amazing Louisiana-inspired décor, great live music, and some truly exciting auction prizes. 🎶🍤🎭

It’s always such a joy to see this space transformed and to watch our community come together for such a meaningful cause. 💜💛💚
