The Exchange Event Center The Exchange Event Center is a 3.5 acre property that has two facilities and endless possibilities.

Main Hall can seat up to 600 people or have theater seating of 1200. The Cavitt Caufield Center can seat up to 64 people or 100 for cocktail event.

The most magical month of the year is here, and we’re excited to welcome a season full of celebrations, community, and unforgettable moments at The Exchange Event Center!

Our halls are decked, the lights are glowing, and December is packed with incredible events, from banquets and luncheons to holiday parties, meetings, and special celebrations. Whether it’s our Main Hall or the Cavitt Caufield Center at the Exchange , we’re honored to host so many meaningful gatherings this month. ❤️

The Exchange Event Center will be closed the rest of today, all day Thursday, and all day Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday.

We will reopen on Monday with our normal business hours!

🎄✨ WHEW… what a WHIRLWIND! ✨🎄

The Exchange Elves have officially spun, ran, jingled, posed, shimmied, and shopped our little elf hearts out today, and y’all… we are DONE! 😂💚❤️

But WOW was it worth it!

Our 6th Annual Christmas Bazaar 2025 at The Exchange 🎄 was packed full of magic from start to finish. A HUGE shoutout to all of our amazing vendors who showed up with the best holiday spirit, the cutest booths, and enough creativity to light up the whole North Pole!!

And to every single shopper who came through, THANK YOU!! You filled the building with joy, laughter, and bags full of goodies. You made today a massive success and kept us elves BUSY. 🧝‍♀️🛍️

Now if anyone needs us… we’ll be recovering on the floor like the end of this video 😂👇

But with full hearts and candy canes still stuck in our hair. 🍭
