The city of Newnan is near and dear to our hearts. We have friends and family who were directly impacted by the recent tornado activity and will be supporting this benefit concert.

– A Tornado Relief Benefit Concert comes to the Fred in Peachtree City on Sunday, May 2nd, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Emceed by WSB-TV’s Glenn Burns, it will be an unforgettable night of music featuring Ed Roland of Collective Soul, Kevn Kinney of Drivin N Cryin, John Driskell Hopkins of the Zac Brown Band, Michelle Malone & Doug Kees, Diane Durrett, Caroline Aiken with MosesMo of Mother’s Finest, and yours truly. Tickets for this show go on sale today, April 12, at 10:00 a.m.

Story: On March 26, an EF-4 tornado ripped through downtown Newnan and Coweta County, devastating the community damaging more than 1,700 homes, and completely destroying 70 homes.

The concert benefits Bridging the Gap (BTG), a nonprofit organization based in Coweta County, whose mission is assisting hungry, homeless, and hurting people. Concert proceeds will help those directly affected by the storm damage.

Gates open at 3:00 p.m. Ticket prices are Gold/Pit - $600 (seats 6); Terrace or Plaza Table for 6 - $450; Terrace or Plaza table for 4 - $300; Reserved seats - $40; Lawn - $35 sold in pods of 2, 6 or 8.
