First and foremost I want to thank our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for such incredible week! On Thursday, we had a surprise health inspection, and Chef Brandon and Marques both delivered outstanding results with a score of 99. As we are extremely busy in December, we observe Christmas in July, specifically on the 4th of July. This occasion involves cooking, presenting gifts to deserving individuals, and socializing with each other outside of work. We are blessed to have such a talented team. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

What an amazing God we serve. I want to give all what we do and accomplish to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This has been an incredible year for our company. Executive Chef Brandon Collins, Chef Marques Oates, Event Managers, Jessica Wilson, Alicia Tucker, and Jessica Martin- you all have made this happen and made it look easy. We did just over 600 events, 85 of which were Weddings. But what we did this Month, in just 21 days, 110 events and fed over 10,000 guests. You all did it flawlessly. There are so many more incredible people that helped make this happen, Connor, Denise, Makayla, Naziq, Nicole, Marla, Caleb W, Caleb F, Braden, Nathaniel, Carmine and David (just to name a few).

WOW, what a great GOD we serve! This week we were tested but because of HIS GRACE and our Faithfulness we prevailed. It wasn’t perfect, we forgot cranberry sauce for an event and a pick up order did not get their rolls, we were disappointed about it but in the larger picture it was a success! I want to Thank our one of a kind Chef Brandon Collins, our incredible staff and those who stepped up to help. This week we broke records. We served just over 3,200 Thanksgiving meals, 140 (22-25lb) turkeys, and about 500 different style meals. Yesterday we served 1020 Thanksgiving meals, and 190 other style meals. We are ready for Thanksgiving day where we will serve another 800 meals!

Our dinner will feed 10-12 guests with leftovers.
We are only doing dinners on Thanksgiving this year, so don’t wait till the last minute, we will sell out.
You will receive;
Mixed greens salad, dinner rolls, fresh green beans, smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, homemade Mac-n-Cheese, sweet potato soufflé, dressing, cranberry sauce, white meat, dark meat in the gravy, and honey, glazed ham. We do apologize, but there will be no substitutions with this meal for we are preparing food for 700 people that morning.
The cost is $300 even

PLEASE READ!

Hello everyone,
We are still planning on doing our Thanksgiving family dinners, however with the everything going on in NC, Tennessee, GA and now with hurricane Milton about to hit Florida, we felt it best to wait and see for 1 more week. Please be praying for all of our fellow Americans! Father God I beg you to please show mercy on those affected by hurricane Helene give them strength and perseverance, and for those who are in Florida about to be affected by hurricane Milton, please be smart, be prepared and get the heck out of the way and be safe. In Jesus name, amen.🙏🙏🙏
