Busy season is here, and I seriously cannot say THANK YOU enough. 🤍

Every booking, every referral, every person who shares my work, and every family/business that trusts Hey Gal Events with a special moment means more to me than you know. What started as something I loved doing has grown into a calendar that stays busier than I ever imagined, and I’m so grateful for it.

With that being said, there are a few dates coming up that I will have to completely say NO to… No setups, deliveries, pickups, last-minute orders, or squeezing “just one more thing” in. 😂🤍

Currently unavailable:
✨ September 13
✨ September 20
✨ October 3–11
✨ December 24–January 1

Outside of those dates, I still have room to book on top of what’s already booked!! But fall, holiday parties, birthdays, showers, weddings, corporate events, and end of year celebrations are already starting to fill up!!!

So if you’ve been thinking, “I need to message Hey Gal…” this is your sign to do it now. 😂

I never want to take on so much that I can’t give each event the attention and love it deserves, so once a date is full, I have to close it.

I realized it was probably time to officially introduce the girl behind Hey Gal Events. 🤍

I’m Katelyn, the owner, designer, decorator, balloon blower-upper, shirt maker, sign maker, idea bringer-to-lifer, and the person behind the messages, quotes, late-night prep and all the little details that go into every event. 😂🎀

Hey Gal started with a love for creating, but it has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. From balloon garlands and backdrops to custom signage, rentals, apparel and all the little details in between, I absolutely LOVE taking an idea and turning it into something you can actually see, touch and celebrate with.

I’m a big believer that your event doesn’t have to be the biggest or most expensive to be special. Whether it’s a huge celebration, a first birthday, a shower, a wedding, a corporate event or something you dreamed up in your head and aren’t quite sure how to explain yet, that’s where I come in. 💕

Most of this business has grown simply through word of mouth, repeat customers and people trusting me with some of the biggest moments in their lives, and I don’t take that lightly.
