From the Owner, Elizabeth Dunnaway:

I have some news to share about Brentwood 1912, a stunning historic mansion in McComb, Mississippi, that’s proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This cherished home has been part of our family since 1939, when my grandparents, Elizabeth Kennedy Brent and Julius H. Brent, purchased it. It has been lovingly passed down through the Brent family ever since.

From 2008 to 2024, Barbara Willis and I were co-owners. Barbara operated the home as Brentwood Memories, and she did an incredible job, bringing warmth and charm to every event hosted there.

Now, as the sole owner, I have the honor of continuing this legacy as Brentwood 1912. We are overjoyed to offer this unique venue for your special events and parties. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible dedication and support you've shown over the past 18 years. From memorable parties and weddings to showers and overnight stays, your presence has made every moment special.

As Brentwood embarks on a new journey, we're excited to share that it will be available for commercial rentals. To commemorate the beautiful memories, we'll be hosting an estate sale from February 29 through March 2, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Sunday, March 3, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. For those eager to explore earlier, appointments are available by request.
