Our Story

BBQ Like None Other!

Q’in It Up originally started out as “Another One Bites the Rib: RGV’s Original” in 2010. From McAllen to Laredo and Brownsville to Dallas, all the way to the National BBQ Cook-Off in Meridian, Texas; we strive to serve everyone who enjoys a great BBQ with a backyard feel.

We eventually changed our name to “Q’in It Up’ and found ourselves catering events as high as 1,000 heads! In between catering gigs, you’ll find our BBQ Food Truck around the Rio Grande Valley. Check the rest of our Facebook feed for updates on where we are on a given day.

We cater all kinds of events and parties: birthdays, weddings, graduations, charity fundraisers, corporate and office functions, holidays and much more.
