Some of the questions women continue to address don’t reflect a progressive mindset but rather antiquated perceptions of femininity, inequality and disregard for the ability of women to hold their own.

It’s exhausting, truly, to see these old interview questions and see the mental stress it set out on celebrities like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears who continue to struggle today with the demands and expectations that were placed upon them primarily for being public figures — women.

Unfortunately we set these things on children are a young age. Girls get asked “do you have a boyfriend?” As early as 3-5 years old. At the thrill and giggles of people. Boys get asked “HOW MANY girlfriends do you have?” Setting a predisposition and acceptance for duplicity.

Sigh* ok, I go now!
