Combining over 50 years of jousting, stage fighting, acting and equestrian experience, Spur of the Moment Jousting offers a unique medieval spectacle. We are committed to providing a fast-paced, fun and dramatic interpretation of a 14th century jousting tourney, replete with all the pomp and pageantry that is expected in a medieval tournament. tions has easy access to performance venues across the North East. Our performer's martial abilities, both in the saddle and on the ground, have been refined over years of research, training and performances. All of our performers and their mounts come fully accoutered in armour, weapons and bold, colorful clothing to give your event the real-feel ambiance you demand. While we have a standard show, we pride ourselves on our ability to seamlessly integrate ourselves into whatever setting or story line your event requires. Our knights, squires and support crew will entertain you with their martial abilities as they present to you a wide range of activities: Watch daring games of skill and accuracy on horseback involving running martial obstacle courses with lance, sword and spear. Marvel at violent, full on armoured ground fights with a variety of medieval weaponry, and cheer on your favorite Knight during our dynamic, edge-of-your-seat, theatrical, fully armoured joust stunt show! For smaller events which are unable to accommodate horses, imagine knights battling for your honor at your wedding, corporate event or making a young lord or princess' birthday extra special! We can also provide hands-on educational demos regarding medieval war, arms and armour and heraldry for schools and other groups. Silver knights will be preforming for a great cause! Come out enjoy a beautiful fall day, meet the horses and show support for a rescue putting their heart and soul into saving and rehabilitating horses everyday.

Fall fundraiser at Safe Haven Rescue. Friday and Saturday 10/27 & 10/28 Trick or Treat with Ghosts & Goats from 4-7 p.m. Sunday 10/29 we will host Silver Knights jousting. Gates open on Sunday at 1:00. Pony rides available with pre-purchase.

As we roll into the finial weekend of The Connecticut Renaissance Faire we have some excited things happening.

First, I am thrilled to announce that we will have the privilege of preforming at a special fundraising event for Safe Haven Rescue in Putnam CT on October 29th.

Events such as this are near and dear to our hearts as many of our horse teammates we have all fallen in love with over the years have been rescues and given a second chance with us.
