What better way to celebrate Pride Month than by marrying your best friend?🥹🌈

These two chose the most intimate way to begin their next chapter together. Their day started with a long drive filled with their favorite songs, followed by a slow afternoon getting ready side by side. They spent the day exactly how they wanted; cuddling, enjoying each other's company, cutting their cake at their campsite, and sharing a quiet hike before exchanging vows overlooking the cliffs.

There couldn't have been a more fitting place for their love story than the Garden of the Gods. These breathtaking rock formations have been shaped over hundreds of millions of years, formed by ancient seas, lifted by powerful forces, and sculpted by time itself. Through every season, storm, and change, they've remained standing.

Love is much the same. Built slowly, strengthened through challenges, and made even more beautiful by the years that shape it.

After spending the day with these two, it became very clear that they were always meant to find each other. The way they laugh together, support each other, and simply enjoy being in each other's presence made documenting this day such a joy.❤

A little behind the scenes check in from the Forevermore team.❤️

Nev and I are heading into our 5th wedding of the month out of 7, while Jesse somehow managed to luck out with only one wedding this month.😂

As if wedding season wasn't keeping us busy enough, Nev recently started a second job, so we've both been juggling a lot behind the scenes while still showing up fully for our clients.

Technology also hasn't exactly been on my side this past week. We've dealt with a 6 hour power outage, and yesterday's area wide Mediacom outage, which heavily cut into my editing time. The good news? I'm planning to switch internet providers this week, so fingers crossed for smoother sailing ahead on that front.

If you've sent a message and haven't heard back right away, please know we're not ignoring you. Our days off (Monday–Wednesday) have become incredibly important this month. We're using that time to reset, recharge, and for me to focus almost entirely on editing and getting galleries delivered. During wedding weekends, we're usually unavailable as we're busy serving our couples and documenting their days.

The best time to catch us is on Thursdays and Fridays, but if you reach out outside of those days, we appreciate your patience while we work through this very busy season.

We're tired. We're running on caffeine, snacks, and pure determination. We're also so incredibly grateful. Every wedding, every session, every human that trusts us with their memories fills our hearts in ways we can't put into words. Thank you for your patience, your support, and for keeping us busy doing what we love.❤️

Sometimes behind the scenes looks like buttoning the bride’s dress because all the bridesmaids got their nails done and can’t use their hands properly anymore.😂 All jokes aside, I love being able to help out and make these kind of memories with my couples on their special days.🥺

I am so lucky to document so many chapters for my clients, even when they (rudely) decide to move away from me.😂 I just love them so so much.❤

Growing up and living in a small town can be a beautiful thing. There's a sense of community, familiar faces, and the comfort of knowing where you belong. But for many LGBTQ+ people, small town life can also come with challenges that others may never fully see.

Sometimes it's feeling like you have to hide parts of yourself to fit in. Sometimes it's hearing comments that make you question whether you'll be accepted if you're honest about who you are. Sometimes it's wondering if there are people around you who understand what you're going through. And sometimes it's simply feeling alone.

The truth is that everyone deserves to live openly, safely, and authentically. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Everyone deserves the freedom to be themselves without fear of judgment, discrimination, or exclusion.

As a business owner, I believe that equality isn't political. It's human. It means recognizing the value and worth of every person, regardless of who they love, how they identify, or what path they've taken through life. It means creating spaces where people feel welcome, respected, and seen.

While Pride Month shines a spotlight on these conversations, support shouldn't be limited to a single month on the calendar. The LGBTQ+ community exists every day of the year, and so should acceptance, kindness, and respect. My support for equality doesn't begin on June 1st and end on June 30th. It's something I believe in year round.

To those in the LGBTQ+ community who have ever felt out of place, especially in a small town where it can sometimes feel like everyone is watching: you belong. Your identity is valid. Your voice matters. Your presence makes our communities stronger, more diverse, and more compassionate.
