THE STORY OF THE LASAGNA LADY: A student once nick-named me "Ms. Chefanini" after discovering I moonlighted as a mobile chef. Recently, I earned a new title. I brought a lasagna to a party where a 9-year old was trying it for the first time. He dug in, stretched the cheese like taffy, took two bites—and was hooked. Later, while he and I were talking, his mom whispered something in his ear. He suddenly stopped, looked at me wide-eyed, and said: “WAIT. Are you the Lasagna Lady?!” ...and here I am. Ready to feed you dinner, host your party, get you working hands-on to create a meal, and leave you with a take-and-bake meal of your own.
