I am posting as a reminder of our prices for rentals! I have been so busy with other stuff I tend to forget!
Weddings $800 for the weekend! Friday thru Sunday noon,
$300 deposit -rental due 30 days prior to event!
All other events are $175 for max of 6 hours, this includes set up party & clean up!
$100 deposit, due at time if booking(no exceptions)
We do have family discounts, we have to pay electric insurance & taxes so there isnt any free rentals as of now! We want to keep the cost low for the community & keep our doors open! We have chairs & tables & a full kitchen & all appliances! We appreciate each & everyone that has booked & that continues to book with us!

We have been very easy with writing names down when
People book the venue,without paying deposit, but that has gotten us burnt several times now, so we have to enforce our policies more, you will not be written down until deposit it paid! No exceptions! We have to pay electric, insurance taxes & maintenance! So please pay as soon as you book! No free rentals or discounts either. We lose money as we have to pay electric just like any business, we do appreciate each & everyone! Also you have to pay balance of rental within 30 days of your date! Thank you & god bless

if you rent out building for any events, please make sure u read the simple rules for cleaning! There is 2 vacuums in the storage room! you must vaccum the entire floor or no deposit will be returned! we try to maintain low rental fees but if we have to go in & clean after this will result in getting no deposit back! thanks

Ok so we have been a little nicer than we should by trusting people about reserving dates! Well we have been bad boozled the last time! As of now we have to have the deposit in hand before you get that date! No exceptions! Also a reminder the remainder is due with 30 days of your date! We appreciate & everyone but sometimes we have to be a little more demanding cause we have now a date that someone needed & they didn't take that date & didn't pay a deposit cause of a bad situation Thanks again!

A few updates but nothing major to renting our venue, when renting for birthday parties, bridal showers & baby showers, etc -except weddings & receptions, you have 5 hours, total, any additional time can & will be taken out of your deposits, if u need more time just let us know, $25 per hour! Thank you! We are booking at a fast pace for 2023 so don't wait call Susan at 380-4099 to book your event!

Exciting news for 2023! Our venue has been such a success for the past 1 year & 1/2, we plan on adding several rooms & more bathrooms to our facility! Also been talking about building another venue in the next few years! Stay tuned! We want to thank everyone that has booked our place & even spread the word about the rusty nail!
