Our next Prairie Talk is June 6, 2026 in the historic Barn loft. Come and listen to Luke Westerman, Katie Schmidt and Jackson Lindamood talk about Woody Invasion. The talk will start at 2pm and be over by 4pm. Hope to see you there!!!

Our next volunteer workday is THIS Saturday, May 16. Everyone is welcome. The weather will be beautiful and we have a lot to accomplish!!!

The day will begin around 8:30 a.m. in the Rogler home at Pioneer Bluffs, with coffee, donuts, and catching up. Around 9:00 a.m., we'll go to work. The goals for the morning:

*Hanging donor banners on the fence. A few will be taken off, and we need to add 20 new ones (a lot of new donors last year). We'll have zip ties for those who want to tackle this big job.
*W**d eating - around the barn, granary, stone wall.
*Pull weeds around house sidewalk stones and landscape area.
*Pick up sticks and limbs.
*Clean inside granary, especially restrooms.
*If time, general dusting/sweeping in house and barn.
*Annie will be working on a history-research project, it's a one-woman job.
*Do YOU know of a project that is needed?

We'll end around 11:30ish with lunch. Join us!
