Listings are going up for the miscellaneous items I still have from the business and the food truck we were going to build out. Everything is not listed yet but if there is anything you need reach out.

Today marks a bittersweet moment as I deliver the smoker to its new owner. Meet Tom, the pitmaster at Tom’z Brisket in Mesa, Arizona. While I haven’t tasted his food firsthand, our conversations have left me confident in his expertise.
