Job Title: Tent Rental Assistant

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Seasonal

Job Description:
Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and providing exceptional customer service? Are you reliable, dependable & hard working? As a Tent Rental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our tent rental business. 2024 will be our 54th year in business and we operate from approximately May 1st- October 31st.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and takedown of tents, tables, chairs, dance floors & lights for various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, festivals, and more.
- Help load and unload equipment onto trucks for transportation to event locations.
- Work closely with the owner & coworkers to ensure accurate inventory counts and maintenance of equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the warehouse and on-site locations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your coworkers.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
