Before I officially sign off of socials for the week I have to give a huge, overflowing THANK YOU to my flower farming friend Lindsay — the heart, hands, and face behind Back 9 Farm, Cut Flowers in DeWitt. 🌸

This past week threw us a curveball when we lost an entire bed of tulips right before Mother’s Day — but thanks to Lindsay’s incredible generosity, this flower story still had a happy ending. She welcomed me into her home, opened her floral cooler to share some of her beautiful blooms, and helped me fill the gaps so I could still create and deliver locally grown flowers to so many of you.

Without her support, this weekend simply wouldn’t have come together the way it did. Beyond the blooms, her emotional encouragement, kindness, and laughter meant the world to me during a wild week. I’m so grateful to not just know her, but to call her a friend.🫶🏼

If you’re in the Lansing or DeWitt area, please do yourself a favor and support the exceptional work she does. Lindsay grows stunning, high-quality cut flowers with so much heart in every stem. She’s an incredible human and a true gem in the flower community. 🌸✨

✨Thank You + Out of Office Notice✨

From the bottom of our hearts — thank you.
To everyone who pre-ordered flowers, visited our Mother’s Day pop-up, stopped by the stand, or sent kind words our way — your support means the absolute world to us. We are so grateful for this incredible Mason community and for each of you who choose to support our small flower farm. You truly keep our dream blooming.

A huge thank you as well to our family and friends who stepped in behind the scenes — helping juggle life and lending a hand so we could create and share flowers with all of you. It takes a village, and we’re so thankful for ours.

After wrapping up what we like to call the Super Bowl of flower farming (Mother’s Day!), we’re running on love, gratitude, and very little sleep. We’re taking a few much-needed days to rest and recharge before heading out of town for a wedding. 💐✨

We’ll be pausing admin responses and inquiries during this time, and will resume communication the week of May 18th. Thank you again for your kindness, support, and patience — we can’t wait to bloom with you again soon.
