Have you ever looked back at a photo or video from just a year ago and thought, "Wow, that ordinary moment holds so much of my joy."? The power of an image, especially an image of your one beautiful life, is immense and extraordinary.
Enter: Documentary-style Family Photography, or as I like to call it, "Moments Noticed."
The goal of a documentary style family session is to notice your moments. Those itty bitty moments that make up the parts of your day that feel mundane & everyday, but they are the moments that are actually holding your joy and creating your children's childhood.
It may seem like just laundry, making another meal, brushing your daughter's hair, or a random hand-hold from your toddler on your way to clean up a mess, but those moments are what life is made of and are worthy of being noticed.
What's one of your favorite everyday moments you'd like to have noticed and captured?
Mine is that precious family time we get between dinner and bedtime. There's something magical about that space that either feels like the sweetest and shortest time we get together or the longest hour before we reach bedtime and have a moment to relax. Am I right, parents? ;)
