What started as Ace Catering has grown into something far beyond what that name was ever meant to represent. Over the years, this business has evolved from simple catering into fully customized culinary experiences built around creativity, versatility, and genuine hospitality.

As many of you know, I’ve never believed in a “one menu fits all” approach. Every event, every client, and every table deserves something unique. Whether it’s elevated Italian and French cuisine, comfort food favorites, private dining experiences, cooking classes, or creating something completely outside the box — the goal has always been the same:
