Congratulations to Alyssa Wellington on her new position as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Auburn, Cord, Duesenberg Automobile Museum. She will get to bring automotive history to life every day from crafting compelling ways to highlight the different departments and programs and managing social media to curating community partnerships and shaping our brand voice. She will also share the stories behind some of the most BEAUTIFUL and iconic cars. Whether it's promoting vintage elegance, documenting events, or designing digital and print content, she will be there to sparking curiosity, growing an audience, and making sure the museum's legacy continues to inspire! Alyssa was on the first team which created, The Marysville Hot Wheels Weekend bringing Pin Ups to the Blue Water area. We are so proud of her.

The Marysville Hot Wheels Weekend is a celebration of the American Car Culture! Started in 2016 by the Marysville Business Council as a way to promote city businesses, the Marysville Hot Wheels Weekend has quickly grown to be one of the elite automotive events of the summer in the Blue Water Area. Hot Wheels Weekend features a car cruise, drive-in movie, national recording artists, pop-culture and automotive celebrities, pin-up girl contest and yes, one of the largest car shows in St. Clair County.
