Things to know before you book:
🎈Please provide us with the date of the event and the time you want the balloons to be delivered. Grab & Gos/Drop off times must be agreed upon booking.
🎈Please have colors & themes in mind before reaching out, we love to be creative but if you want to give us a direction to go to that may help! (if you want us for full event planning, we will schedule a consultation)
🎈50% of your total is a deposit & is required for all balloon/letter orders! **DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE**
🎈THE REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT
🎈All Delivery & Installation fees will be added to total (fees may vary depending on location)

Please remember that these are balloons and they are unpredictable. If any pop or even deflate, we will be happy to fix them at no additional charge as long as we are contacted within the first hour after we leave the event.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FROM ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
Helium inhalation or injury from lack of oxygen, slipping on broken balloons, latex allergies, children having access to balloons before, during or after events, children putting balloons in their mouth and choking, eye/ facial/ body injuries from popping balloons, heart attacks from popping balloons, hearing loss due to popping balloons, lesions, abrasions, suffocation, choking, loss of sight, loss of hearing, drowsiness, dizziness, loss of consciousness, broken body parts, death or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by popping balloons or in the situation of installations provided by us falling, or damage to swimming pool filtration system caused by broken balloons
