October is unfolding as a superb month at the farm, and we have availability left. Prospective guests are encouraged to reach out directly to book their stay. We also maintain listings on Airbnb and VRBO for flexibility. Booking directly with us avoids additional fees, a notable perk.

Fall is one of the most beautiful time's of the year here in Western NC. People come from all over to see the leaves. As a fall person myself I can tell you the leaves here are easily the best I've ever seen. I myself enjoy the drive from Marshall to Hot Springs. There is nothing like it. If you are up for a trip to see the fall leaves keep Madison Co Farm STR's in mind. We would love to host you during your stay.

Hiking, tubing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and many outdoor activities all within 10-20 mins from our location. 7 mins to the local grocery store and about the same to downtown Marshall. (Marshall is back open and thriving since the flood so don't let that be what deters you from visiting)
Asheville is just 30 mins drive.

What we call the main house as it's stationed at the start of the property. Living up to its name it's as peaceful as any home can be. An artist's touch throughout with the perfect colors all around you. This home is best described as the opposite of cookie cutter. So many wonderful perks throughout. Hot tub, screened in porch, excersise equipment, fire pit, and so much more to enjoy here. You'll never want to leave the house, but we encourage you to visit the many wonderful places around us. Just 7 mins to downtown Marshall or about 30 mins to both Asheville and Hot Springs.
Special rate of $300 per night (2 night minimum)

You can rent both Cabin John and Restful together for a limited time at $400 per night. We can sleep 12.

I tell people Cabin John is a place you should visit at least once. It's not just a stay, it's an experience.
