We’re honored to receive this recognition from the Marshall Historical Society and thrilled to have this space brought back to life for the community to enjoy once again!

At this year’s Marshall Historical Society Membership Picnic, Schuler’s Restaurant was honored with the Adaptive Reuse Award! 🏆

The award recognizes the preservation and revitalization of the Royal Hotel & Apartments and the newly opened Venue 19 Zero 9 - a project that gives new life and purpose to historic spaces in the heart of Marshall’s business community.

We’re grateful for the recognition and excited for the community to experience the beautifully restored space!
